Outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances, market conditions, and third-party decisions. Explore Opp’s™ does not guarantee any specific results, admissions, job offers, or policy approvals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree and undertake to:

1. Provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information during registration, form submissions, enquiries, or any other interaction with the Platform
2. Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials (username, password, OTPs) and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Use the Platform exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Refrain from misusing, copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, documents, tools, or resources available on the Platform
5. Bear full responsibility and liability for all activities, submissions, and actions performed under your account

Any violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access without prior notice.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access certain features, you are required to create an account by:
 a. Providing a valid and active email address and mobile phone number
 b. Completing the verification process through One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email or mobile
 c. Keeping your profile information accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times

Explore Opp’s™ reserves the absolute right to verify submitted information, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that contains inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent details, without any liability or prior notification.

5. Use of Information

Any personal or non-personal information you submit via registration forms, enquiry forms, wishlists, document uploads, or other interactions will be used exclusively for legitimate service-related purposes, including but not limited to:

1. Delivering personalized career guidance and course recommendations
2. Facilitating insurance-related consultations and policy comparisons
3. Assisting with documentation preparation, application submissions, and follow-ups
4. Sending relevant communications regarding your enquiries, applications, updates, or service enhancements

6. Third-Party Partners

 As a facilitator only, Explore Opp’s™ shall not be held responsible or liable for:

1. Final admission decisions, course availability, or academic outcomes
2. Job placements, employment offers, salary negotiations, or career progression
3. Insurance policy approvals, premium calculations, claim settlements, or coverage disputes
4. Any changes in pricing, terms, conditions, or policies implemented by third-party partners

All interactions and transactions with third-party partners are governed solely by their respective terms, conditions, and policies.

7. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

Fees applicable to premium consulting services, training programs, documentation support, or any other chargeable offerings will be transparently displayed and confirmed before any payment is processed.
 By making a payment, you agree that:

1. Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases where a specific refund policy is explicitly stated for that service
2. Any eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing within the stipulated timeframe and are subject to verification and approval
3. Installment (EMI), financing, or loan facilities, if available, are provided and managed exclusively by third-party financial partners; Explore Opp’s™ has no control over approval, interest rates, or repayment terms

Payments must be made only through the secure payment gateways.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio clips, downloadable forms, documents, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Explore Opp’s™ or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

1. Attempting to gain unauthorized access, breach security measures, or circumvent any technological protections
2. Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or destructive code
3. Engaging in spamming, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or any deceptive or unlawful activity
4. Interfering with, disrupting, or placing excessive load on the Platform, servers, or connected networks
5. Collecting or harvesting personal data of other users without consent

Any detected violation may lead to immediate termination of access, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of appropriate legal remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Explore Opp’s™, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, opportunities, profits, or goodwill.
 We explicitly disclaim liability for decisions made based on advice provided, outcomes from third-party services, or errors in user-provided information. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all associated services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
 Explore Opp’s™ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

12. Modifications to Services or Terms

Explore Opp’s™ reserves the unrestricted right to:

1. Modify, enhance, suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature, functionality, or portion of the Platform at any time without notice or liability
2. Revise, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion

All changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications signifies your full acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

Explore Opp’s™ may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or prolonged inactivity.
 Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately, and any ongoing applications, consultations, or services may be cancelled without refund or liability.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
 No failure or delay by Explore Opp’s™ in exercising any right or remedy under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right.
